  We love Ruby Tuesdays and have been eating there for many years. today while traveling we saw this one. We stopped because where we live they no longer have one. We won't be back. I ordered a steak and as I ordered the waitress walked away. I told her I needed to let her know how to cook the steak. I said medium well. She left. The steak came out and I tried to cut into it . It was like cutting wood with a butter knife. She told me to keep my potatoes and she would get a new steak. Great! She finally after 20 minutes brings another steak, it was ok. not perfect but not hard as the last. Now I am not looking for free stuff,but to scoop some potatoes onto the plate so I can actually eat my meal together would not have killed them. She was very nice but never came back to fill drinks or ask how anything was. It's sad we found one so close to our home, because its not somewhere I will waste my money again

  The salad bar was great. My service was terrible. Tried to order 3 drinks from the bar. Either they were out of the alcohol or missing parts of the ingredients. It took my food 40 minutes to come to the table and my server was not the best. Had to call the manager to explain my horrible experience. My meal was free which is why i gave it 2 stars. Go at your own risk. I've had better

  The food and service were good but I do not put more stars because there was a hair in the honey they brought out and my friend had to get a new cup of tea but had a hard time enjoying it after that. I would give it a second chance and see if we have a better experience in that sense.

  Enjoyed a birthday dinner for our friend Kristie...I had the half rack of ribs with shrimp, and enjoyed it. They have a great salad bar, and the service was courteous and professional.A very enjoyable evening .

  If I could choose 0 stars, best believe I would. The employees are the most disrespectful I have ever encountered in a Ruby Tuesday's. We had to sit for a while before the hostess come back and took our drink order. My husband ordered a drink equivalent to a jack and coke and he received a jack and coke in a large glass. When we received our bill we noticed we were being charged for 2 double jack and cokes. When I said something to our lazy server/bartender, she decided to talk to the assistant manager, Keye Milligan, and blame the hostess for us being double charged. The hostess only repeated what my husband asked for (we heard her) and our server decided to charge us for 2 double drinks. Equivalent means the same as...well drink..duh. We had to get up and ask her for everything we needed, condiments, napkins, boxes and our bill. Wth. Why blame the hostess? Do your damn job and you wouldn't have any problems. She's stealing money from us as well as Ruby Tuesday's. Needless to say, she didn't get a tip.
